We're having issues with the WAB "app state" popup not working consistently on mobile (ios). By not working consistently I mean sometimes it works, sometimes it just goes away without restoring anything when clicked, sometimes it restores extents but not layer state, sometimes it doesn't even popup. Doesn't seem to matter which browser is being used but I'm particularly interested in getting it straightened out in Chrome. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
