Adding comments to Draw widget

I am trying to make a very simple web app that will allow users to draw a point or a line and then add a comment associated with that feature.

The Draw widget solves the first part, but I am not sure how to add the comment function.

Any advice would be very helpful (I am a novice at creating web apps and have no knowledge of coding).

The draw widget does not give you the ability to add attributes to the drawn graphic, but you could then draw a text element next to your graphic.
