Add sort functionality in Public Notification widget

Hello,

How would I go about extending the Public Notification WAB widget and adding a sort feature? I have downloaded the developers edition and copied and pasted the public notification widget (in order to customize it). My custom widget now shows up in my developers portal.

What I would like to do, is add a few lines of code to the widget that will allow the results to be sorted in ascending order by APN (Assessor Parcel Number). Would I need to just add that code in the widget.js file? Or are there other places that I need to change the code?

I figured out a work around to this. I was able to add the line in the query folder and have it sort my data

Hi Laura, can you provide some more specific instructions on how you were able to sort your output file? We would like to sort the PDF and CSV outputs by owner name so it's more obvious when there are duplicate entries.
