Add data widget

Is there a way to customise the add data widget so that it doesn't take you to the AGOL or portal page for the metadata?

It would be ideal if the description etc appeared in the widget or in a pop-up box.

In your reply click on the "use advanced editor" link (upper right hand corner). then when you get the advanced editor you will see a attach link in the lower left corner.

You will not see the use advanced edit option when you are in your inbox. You actually have to open the thread by double click on the thread in your inbox to open it then you will see the option.

Thanks Robert.  I've added the attachment.

I believe it lets you search more than one group as curated content and displays the information as part of the widget itself.

However, when I deploy it, I get error messages to say it can't find the portal/agol.

  This widgets code in from back in WAB 2.1 and needs some serious work to get it up to date for the latter versions of WAB.
