Access to all widgets?

There is a list of widgets on the help page for Web AppBuilder. I am using WAB in Portal and in Developer Edition 2.0 and different widgets show up in each. If a widget (group filter) is not listed is there a place to download and add in developer edition?

   Just download WAB Dev 2.1 and you will have access to all the most current widget including the group filter.
