Turn Off Summary Widget at Selected Visibility Range

Summary widget in Web AppBuilder is one of the greatest data visualization tool. However, it has a huge disadvantage that it shows only summarized data but then it comes to a specific point of interest it would be much more valuable to see the original pop-up. This issue is solved very well in Maps for Office and Crowdsource story map template.

I suggest that it should be an option in Summary widget setting that would allow to select a visibility range where summary widget would automatically turn off. Otherwise, there could be a setting that would allow to show only attribute information of layer instead of summarized data.
