Submitted an enhancement request to ESRI Support team to give users the option to persist their Measurement graphics after they close the widget or switch to another widget. The users should be able to see the measurement for the graphics when they choose to create to Print product.
Another option is to create a toggle checkbox that would allow the measurements to appear as a label on or next to the graphics
