I currently had to downgrade our ArcGIS for server from 10.1 to 10.0 due to some problems we were having with another custom built silverlight web application used for another part of the office. Securing services in 10.0 works differently than 10.1 so we ended up using the window authentification method to secure our map services. Everything works fine when using Firefox, Chrome, and IE10, but when using IE9 the silverlight application runs extremely slow. Before we downgraded ArcGIS for server from 10.1 to 10.0 we did not have any problems with load speed within IE9. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the downgrade itself or maybe the new way we have to secure the map services. Has any one had this problem before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
