Stock measure tool question

Hi All -

I'm using 3.0 and am unfortunately not a programmer....

The measure tool I have is out-of-the-box, and only measures in meters. There is no pulldown to change this in either the Builder or on the deployed map. Am I missing something easy, do I need to find an add on, or is it just broken?

Guess I'll answer this for anyone else who comes up with the same question....

I got in contact with tech support, and apparently the units of measure can't be changed in the Silverlight Viewer. You need to use the api.

Additionally, you cannot have the Table of Contents open automatically in Viewer. The answer is outside the scope of my tech support, so I'm guessing it would take some programming.
