Silverlight viewer 3.0 extension load fail error

I tried to upgrade to Silverlight viewer 3.0 (64-bit) OS and when I launched the viewer, I received an extension load fail error.  Does anyone know the fix for this?

Hi Angie,

Could you first try clearing your browser cache and then let us know if that has resolved anything?

Clearing the cache did not solve the problem, including following the install steps.  Inaddition, I had an ESRI tech assist me and he received a network error when he tried to install silverlight 3.0 on 64-bit computer?

I got the same error today. It looks they didn't solve the problem yet.
