Printing - Layers with Proxy excluded from the output map

Hello,

I secure my map services and added a proxy page. This resulted in the printing service not working anymore. Whilst printing, I'm getting an error message saying:
"Layer XYZ is configured to use a proxy server. Layers that use a proxy cannot be printed with ArcGIS Server and will be excluded from the output map."

Can anyone help me out? Thanks a lot.

Hi,
Does anyone have an update on this ?
It seems a severe limitation not to be able to print secured services.
