Popups only showing header, no other attribute info

Hi there,

I'm working with some Silverlight apps and am having trouble with the popups for a couple of layers. I've configured them so the popups are enabled, but when I click on them I only see the header value - the window below is completely empty.

The layers are both from the the same feature service, which was shared from ArcMap 10.1. This is the URL for the ArcGIS online page for the service: http://ncdot.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=bf310553857c4a868b0f6b8e7d54c942. The service definition is shared publicly as well, if that makes a difference.

The popups work in ArcGIS online maps, but not in the Silverlight application builder (version 3.1.0.110).

If anyone has any thoughts on why this might be happening please let me know!

EDIT: There may be an issue with the field name aliases, as publishing the services without aliases gets the popups working again. Is Silverlight picky about aliases, especially with feature services? I've been told that this isn't an issue with map services that we're using.
