I have a GUID field that I need to paste a Global ID from another layer into. If the GUID field already has a value, I can paste a new value into the field and it is accepted. However, if I try to paste into a blank field (e.g. for a brand new feature), the pop-up validation rejects it with this message: "Type 'PropertyGuid' must be a valid 'System.Guid' value". Any idea on how to get this pop-up to accept the GlobalID that I am trying to paste?
