Parcel Search using query layer

I added a query layer that searches for a parcel using its number, block number, and Community name, when the query is executed for a specific parcel, a message that says ???1 feature found??? appears, but it does not zoom to it (in the query configuration I enabled zoom to result option), and when right clicking the temporary layer ???Parcel Search??? and choosing (go to) nothing happens!! Moreover, I saved the site, but when accessing it from client machine, or refreshing the builder page, the tool disappears. What the problem here?? This is shown in the attached Document.

some things related to the query tool:
The results are not saved when you configure the viewer. Only the tools configuration. The results are saved to a temporary graphics layer. If you do save the site with the results still on the map an empty graphics layer will be left on the map.
Depending on your dataset the configuration can become extremely large. This is a bad (according to me) implementation in the tool. All field values are saved in the config file even if it is never used again. All this can cause the webserver to disallow the config file to be saved cause it is too large. One possible solution is to increase the size but that only bloats the size of your website. Alternative is to modify the tool
