Hi Ted,

I'm not sure what you mean. The link in your post works and goes to the Online Help documentation for the Silverlight Viewer.

Can you please provide some more context?

It was the whats new doc.  It now works.  http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapps/silverlightviewer/help/index.html#/What_s_new_in_the_ArcGIS_Viewer...

esterday, when I saw it it was located at the root where the Welcome page is located.  Today the link is in the Introducing folder, and connects as expected.  I am posting to api on beta forums, btw, since there is no beta link for the viewer.
