Hello,

Has anyone else had their icons stretched in the header controller widget?

Somewhere in the past, either with 3.1 or 3.2 (I forget exactly) my icons in the title bar were stretched out after I updated to the newer version at the time.  I am currently having to vertically stretch the icon to try to make up for the horizontal stretching that is occuring.

Does anyone know if they fixed this in 3.3?

What sizes are you using that work without having the side effects of the stretching?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  For some reason clients don't like seeing their icons schewed....

Thanks,

Haskett

Okay,

After looking at the icons ESRI provides for the widgets, I noticed that their average deminsion was approximately 40 x 40 pixels.  I then resized my icons and they now seem to work fine.

I'm curious why I didn't have to with the older versions of the Viewer for Flex.  I cannot, off the top of my head, remember if the change was with 3.1 or 3.2.  Either way, I now have my non-stretched icons again, which equals happy clients 🙂
