I feel pretty stupid here. It's a single click to have the window open. I was using the selection tools.

After I select features, the attribute window doesn't open. However, if I create a new feature it opens up with no problems. Did anybody ever get that window to open after selecting features?
Even using ESRI's edit sample, that window just doesn't open.
