SOAP interface for flex viewe

Hi, I have created mapping services using ArcGis server. The services are available as SOAP or Binary. I am quite not sure if the current flex viewer can take SOAP.Is there anyway to have it as a REST endpoint?

If you are using ArcGIS Server 9.3 or greater than you have the ability to use REST just run the web services post install.
