Would like to create an app that allows users to "self-register" and create and edit only records that belong to them. Specific purpose is to create the ability for local businesses to promote themselves and maintain control over their data.
I know that ArcGIS server uses role based security so i would appear that control would have to reside within the FLEX app. Can anyone offer any useful input?
