Restored Inetpub folder eror message.

After having to restore the Inetpub folder I get the following message on my flex viewer and I have lost the connection to the site data.

Web layer failed to load: Fault code: Channel.Security.Error
Fault info: Security error accessing url
Fault details: Destination: DefaultHTTP

1. Have you reestablished that the folder is an "Application" in IIS?


2. Do you still have your crossdomain.xml?
