Popups/hyperlinks

I have my popups coded to show multiple hyperlinks. However, I only want to show the hyperlink if that cell is filled in my attribute table.  Is this possible?

I've noticed the hand doesn't appear if the hyperlink doesn't exit, in my description I have something like:

Hyperlink:{LINK}

If the attribute value for LINK is '' then the hand doesn't display when i mouse over.
