Polyline map service not symbolizing completely in Arcgis viewer for flex.

I am in the process of making an app for my company and I have added a few operational layers into arcgis viewer for flex through arcgis online. When I preview the app the layers don't show completely, just bits and pieces. The blank spots will populate when I zoom in to a certain point.

I also have a polygon service for the parcels in the area and those won't show up at all.

Both of these layers will show up in arcgis online.

Is there any type of file size limit in viewer for flex?

Does anyone have any insight on the subject?

Do you happen to have an extent set in your map tag (initial or full)?  I've seen this kind of behavior when you get the N/E reversed in the extent settings in the <map> tag (easy to do since the flex seems to want these backwards of what I'm used to).  Easy test, just remove all extent settings and test.
