Moving WidgetGroup Icon (widget Try) so the icon will look like a hanging icon

Hi guys, I'm new in flex viewer so I need an assistance from you. any suggestion from you will be highly appreciated!

Last night I was creating my own flex viewer application using flex viewer 2.3.1.
I look the icon widget at the header then I got an idea to change the icon appearance.
I'd like to make them hanging on the menu bar. is that possible to change it?
