Mouse cursor, application builder

Hello,

I've noticed that when using the application builder my cursor is always a hand, and using the compiled version first arrow and then the hand, and then the arrow.

This is when you activate a layer, as shown in my application http://portalgis.cathalac.org/cathalac/maps/
Example: capas> Datos Base> Municipios

How do I change this? It tends to confuse when you identify a layer (popup) with a hand.
