LayerList with Legend

I am currently customizing the layout of the Sample Flex viewer 2.5 to match an existing Flex API 1.3 project.

I would like the layerListWidget to have an icon to select the LegendWidget (as oppose to having the legendWidget appear in the HeaderController); much like how you can toggle between the bookmark list and adding a bookmark within the Bookmark widget.

I am attempting to use the swf loader/legend repeater as in the v1.3 api project but I have been very unsuccessful.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

   Unless you are a developer than you should just use the TOC Widget:
