I have published a service that has 3 groups (gas,water,electric) with 2 layers (1 point layer, 1 line layer) in each group and one lone road layer. At the start up I have all the layers on and all the groups off. If I turn all the group layers on to show the gas,water, electric and then turn the lone roads layer on it turns off all the layers under my groups.
