Info Popup Widget - Overlapping Features

I see that the Info Popup Widget brings up attributes of the top most feature. If more than one overlapping features are there, is there a solution to show both feature classes first and then select one to show attributes of the selected feature class.

I will appreciate any response if anyone has modified the widget to do so. Thanks

I've had no luck either, I can only click the top feature.

This is indeed an issue that would be nice to have resolved...

one note is that we are using symbol levels to layer our polygons and even though the features are layered correctly, the pop-ups  are actually showing the the feature with the lowest Object ID, not the feature on top.....
