Identify Widget for FlexViewer 2.1

All,

   I have been waiting for the Final release of the FlexViewer 2.1 before I started to push out some widgets I have been working on.

Here is my Identify Widget for Flex Viewer 2.1. I have tested to ensure proper functioning with FlexViewer 2.1 and am now releasing it to you since the API Team did not get one into the FlexViewer.

Will,

   I am looking at updating based on Erwan's and Ernst's suggestions. Not sure I will go down Erwan's suggestion of having a image and hyperlink though as that would require updating the InfoPopupWidget as well. But I am looking at the prefix and suffix on the hyperlink.

Can you share your solution?  I'm having the same problem.

Hi Shannon,
we had the same problem in previous version because identifyWidget return one result for the group layer and a second result for the sub layer, it may be the same problem ?
I haven't my ArcGIS server at home so i can't reproduce the problem.

   Strange that I don't see the duplicate result issue and I have lots of grouped layers in my services... I wonder If I should look at adding your solution for that issue? It would be nice if I could duplicate the issue some are seeing with this.

Ok,
i can't reproduce the problem with the sample server on arcgisonline. I'll try later with my own server (on local network) and feed you back if necessary.

   Do you mean one MapService or on layer in a MapService?
