I used ArcGIS Flex Viewer 3.5 src to build a GIS application in Flash builder 4.6. At the first time, there was no touch-sensitive function in the application. However, after I ran an event in ArcGIS API for Flex website, all the GIS application built in ArcGIS Viewer for Flex are with touch-sensitive function. How did it happen? I need touch-sensitive function without rotating. Who can help me to solve this problem?
