Header Controller Widget search

I'm planning to start using the search box for the Header Controller widget.  I thought I would use the added functionality of searching other services.  Trouble is that, the first text shows Enter Address, is there a way to change this text to something else so that people will know they can enter something like City Hall and get a result?

You can use the search prompt tag:

Thanks, I actually went back in the help and found it, I just didn't know what the terminology was.  I appreciate your help.
