Geoprocessing with File Input

Hi,
We've published a Geoprocessing service using ArcGIS Server 10.0 which takes a text file as input. Using FlexViewer 2.5 how can a file (on users local PC) be input to the Geoprocessing widget. Any help is appreciated.
