[FlexViewer 2.3] not displayed menu widget

Hi,

I would like add my own widget in the flexviewer but I wish that :
- my widget is not visible => OK widgetTemplate with visible="false"
- the menu on the bottom or on the right don't be displayed =>:(  how ?
