eSearch+RPC Fault faultString error

I,m using "eSearch" widget in Flex 3 and Arc GIS Server 10.1, but when I want to make a buffer it return this error:

[RPC Fault faultString="Invalid or missing input parameters." faultCode="400" faultDetail="the input is not a geographic or projected coordinate system"]

what is the reason of this error?

   So when you click yes you do not recieve another dialog that asks you where you want to save the file? Is it possible that it is poping up behind another window?

I recieve another dialog and I select destination folder but it can not download output.zip from arcgisjob folder and it dont save any thing.

Folks, I'm having the same issue after an upgrade to 3.6

(after reading this thread I changed spatialreference to: <spatialreference>102100</spatialreference> ) but that did not help.

There is one query that worked (of course) in the old version and no longer works with my upgrade. I'm receiving the same error: Invalid or missing input parameters.

The table in question used to be in a <layer> tag, but it is not a feature class, and my understanding is that it should be moved to a <table> tag.

Of course the sample queries work great.

I'm beginning to think I need to set something up on the service itself, but I can't think of what that would be.
