This is a follow up post from here: http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/48510-css-positioning-and-styling...

With Robert's brilliant code for embedding a map into the index.template.html I thought I was golden....but then I tested it in IE and of course there is an issue...the embedded map works properly in FF, Chrome and Opera but not IE.  The issue is that there are missing tiles from the google map (see attached image) - but as soon as I resize the browsers window manually they suddenly appear ...

I have read that there are numerous issues with IE and CSS but I attempted a few changes with no results... Is this really a CSS issue?  I thought maybe there was a security setting in IE but that doesn't seem likely either....

Thanks for your help!

Robert,

Thanks for trying!  Has me stumped as well....it is definitely very odd that the missing tiles do appear as soon as the browser window changes in size.  I will post a fix if I come across one.

Thanks!
