Edit Widget Problems - XML not being honored.

The edit widget is not honoring the settings in the xml configuration. I have set it up so users can only update attributes.

However, when clicking on a feature after the popup is created, the vertices show up and I am able to edit them.

I have confirmed that the xml configuration updateGeometry is being read but somewhere along the way the widget forgets the property set and enables editing of the vertices.

Any Ideas?

I am having the same exact issue. Users are able to edit the vertices of features even though only edit attributes is enabled in the XML.
