Channel.Security.Error?

I get this error when I open my flex map viewer.

It is related to the Streets basemap which I have referenced in my config.xml:
http://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Street_Map/MapServer

When I open the map viewer on my machine it works good. When another person opens it on their machine, this happens.

Any ideas?

I had my users clear their browser cache. Close Internet Explorer and reopen it. This error went away. Everything is working good now.

Very weird.
