ArcGIS Viewer with Stage3D

Hi,
I'd like to create an app that shows a satellite map and that allows me to interact: move it, rotate it, add 3D models on the fly.
To do this I need a combination of 2 frameworks based on Stage3D, Starling and Away3D.

Is it possible to display maps from ArcGIS Viewer in Stage3D?
