Arcgis viewer for flex license

Hi guys! I want to download Arcgis viewer for flex on internet, but I've seen I've to accept a license agreement. Is the program free? Or Do I have to pay something for it or for the license?

Valerio,

Free. But you do need an ArcGIS Server if you want to publish your own data.
