I recommend leaving the project compiler settings to "Use minimum version required by the Flex SDK". You only need to change this if you need to require the user to have a newer version than the minimum for the SDK you're using.
OK, I changed to the Minimum SDK, still get the Flash Player Window message as mentioned above. To answer your second question, Yes, in IE- 8, Firefox-11, and Chrome-17
OK, I downloaded and installed the first Windows debugger listed at http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html#fp11 I ran the app, it works in IE and Chrome, but not in Firefox, still telling me "This content requires Adobe Flash Player 11.2. Would you like to install it now?" Not sure why a debugger would let it run........thoughts?
OK, another question. It says for FV 3.0 "Support secure ArcGIS Server where users will automatically be prompted to log in as needed." Can someone direct me on the How to's to implement this? Thanks.
In general, it is usually better to start a new forum thread if you have another question 🙂
Having separate threads for separate questions makes it easier for people to search and find answers to questions that might already have been answered. It also gives people a chance to get "credit" for answering each question..
