When publishing Spatiotemporal Feature Layers to ArcGIS Online using ArcGIS Velocity, subsequent usage of that layer should report usage statistics and other metrics just like regular Feature Layers do in ArcGIS Online. This will help facilitate administrators' understanding of the usage and load characteristics on that hosted feature layer for a given Velocity subscription.
