Is it possible to export a custom basemap as a KMZ file?

I know that Esri hosts several basemaps as a service on a MapServer where you can download KMZ files for use in ArcGIS Earth and Google Earth here:

https://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services

Is there a way we can download our own hosted basemaps as a KMZ file for use in other applications like Google Earth? I know we can use ArcGIS Earth already and it is linked, but I am specifically looking to create a KMZ file from a basemap created with the Vector Tile Style Editor.

Thanks!

@SBushey_Dewberry Yes, you can style a basemap in the Vector Tile Style Editor, save it as a Tile Layer in your ArcGIS Online account.  Load it in ArcGIS Pro and use the Geoprocessing tool > Map to KML.  Set the parameters as needed and it will create a local .kml file.  In Google Earth, there are a couple ways, add or open the .kml file and your custom style will render on the globe.
