how do I override visible zoom range

I am editing a preset base map that I have done a save as. I want to change the visible zoom range of a layer. How do I do that?

• In order to change the scale of the labels we need to go to ArcGIS Online
• If your organization is the author of this vector styles service and you have the permissions you could find the  Color Basemap Labels and click on it.
• If not in the Content pane we will click on New Item > URL and we will paste the URL of the vector tile services.
• In the Items page we will press Edit in Vector Tile Style EditorLaura_0-1713287684808.png 

In the Vector Tile Style Editor we will click on Edit layer style and we expand to the desired layer.
