Utility Network: Append with Transformation returns Exception

Hey guys,

I am experiencing some issues with the "Append with Transformation" Tool. Usually I could easily add some data to my Utility Network but somehow it won't work anymore. All I get is the error message shown in the image.

I tried to set up a new Utility Network and add some data, but the error remains. I am a little confused because last week I had no problems yet. Do you know what to do here?

What are your source layers.  Maybe we did not account for shapefiles, csv or other items that do not have globalid on the describe object.

I confirmed that is the issue.  Let me discuss with the developer and see if we can get a patch out to fix this.
