UN Tools (ArcPro 3.5)

Just upgraded to 3.5 ArcPro, trying to install UNTools Package using Package Manager but nothing is showing up under "Add Packages" or "Installed". Trying to run the Change Asset Package Spatial Reference tool so I can clean out the foundation model I plan to work in following the proper steps here "https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-solutions/latest/reference/configure-electric-utility-network-envir...

Has something changed or am I missing anything? I cloned my Environment successfully but have even looked in the already existing utility network toolbox and nothing shows up.

I have done this successfully in the past with the essentials model in 3.3 ArcPro.

In the clone dialog, did you click Refresh?
