Hello,
I am working with ESRI Stormwater Utility Network Foundation in a Non-Enterprise, non-versioned environment. I have made a few modifications to the UN by adding a couple of custom devices and containers. I am currently at a standstill because i cant get passed a schema lock when adding rules to some assets.
I tried removing the locks by using the "compact" tool and deleting lock files in windows without success.
Is there as way to administer a geodatabase to remove locks without having an enterprise account?
