Export Subnetwork REST - Fails Intermittently with the error "message": "Dirty subnetwork cannot be exported."

Hi Team, 

I am trying to programmatically export all subnetworks. This used to work before but now it seems to be failing and I cannot quite put my finger on the problem. I have tried using FME.

But the issue seems to be on the server side, to test this I am using the browser.
It works, works, fails, then works again. GIF Below.

 

"message": "Dirty subnetwork cannot be exported."

Anything I am missing? 

The subnetworks are definitely not dirty.
All processes are working off the Default Version.

I can probably get past this by using retry mechanisms but it so weird this is happening.

I restarted the service and it seems to have come right for now.
I will monitor this as we continue through this project.
