Experience Builder 11.5 ExB issues with trace widget and table widget

We have recently upgraded to 11.5 and from what I can see we have 2 open issues (possibly connected) 

Scenario 1 - Run a trace. Select a bunch of Low Voltage Service in the table widget. Export CSV. 
Data is missing. 

Export it again, it seems to work. 

Scenario 2 - The "Run" button on the trace widget is missing and a quick refresh seems to fix it. 

I have checked the logs on the server and nothing notable.

We have a workaround for the run button disappearing on the trace widget. We launch the widget on startup. 
Hacky, but it works.

Esri have reproduced this: BUG-000179673 "The 'Run' option in the Utility Network Trace widget is intermittently not displayed in ArcGIS Experience Builder."
