duplicate subnetwork names

Hello all,

We've been noticing some device records will have multiple subnetwork names attributed to them. Where the device is at an open point and showing the two (or more) unique subnet names, thats fine. But many will have the same subnetwork named several times.

I thought maybe these were devices connected to multiple lines or other devices, but that doesnt seem to be the case.
Any advice on why these records are getting duplicate subnet names?

Thanks,

Please log a case with support for this issue. What kind of devices are these? Do they have terminals? Are they barriers (open points, proposed features, etc)?

Hi Robert, happening on many different device types across HV and LV (electric network with utility network enabled). LV devices have terminals as do some HV devices. Some are open points (so will show different subnetworks names) but also seeing this on closed devices connected to only one subnetwork.
