Create Electric Junction Object using Map Viewer.

Working with 11.5/3.5.6, we have published a Feature Service containing an Electric Utility Network and a couple of ancillary tables (Premise and Joint Use).

We open the Feature Service in Map Viewer and then open the Joint Use and the Electric Junction Object as tables. When we toggle between the two tabs, both show a Create record button in the lower right portion of the Tables View form.

With the Joint Use table selected, clicking the Create record button pops up a Create Features form in which we can set values for several attributes and click Create to effectively create the new Joint Use record.

However, when the Electric Junction Object table is selected, clicking the Create record button pops up the Create Features but... this time all we can do is click on the map to create a spatial feature, but not the desired Electric Junction Object.

Is this the expected behavior?

Thanks to all in advance.

@JoaquinMadrid1 - I can confirm I see the Create Feature Form for the Electric Junction Object.
(Ignore the fact that we don't have any Electric Junction Objects)

Maybe I didn't understand the question correctly but it seems weird that you are prompted to create a spatial feature when adding a feature to the Electric Junction Table which is...a table.

Any chance you could share a gif of what you are observing?
