Modify Asset Group or Asset Type NAME After Deployment

I want to expose the real necessity to change the Asset Group or Asset Type NAME (not code, only name) in a deployed Utility Network. In all the works that I have done up until now, I always have massively translated in Italian the assets name (and the domain values name too) with the D_Rename table. But, after the deployment of the UN, sometimes I have the necessity to upgrade some single Asset Group or Asset Type name. In order to do this, it would be very very useful if Esri release a tool (for example in the Utility Data Management Support) that permits to modify the name of a single Asset Group or Asset Type.

Does anyone know if any developments are planned regarding this need?

I posted my issue in ArcGIS Utility Network Questions at first.

But I think this is the right place, because it regards a functionality that do not exist at present; but, it would be very very useful for the users.

This would be very beneficial.  We needed to develop some custom code to handle this recently when performing this update.  It certainly was not very elegant and a tool would be fantastic if we needed to do this ever again.
